Xplore Group builds Omnichannel solution for ICI PARIS XL

Xplore Group developed a professional online shop, allowing ICI PARIS XL to extend its offer of products, tailor-made advice and extra service to the online customer.

ICI PARIS XL is a perfumery with 291 branches in the Benelux region. Xplore Group built an online shop for the company, based on Intershop. Xplore Group integrated the platform with company owner AS WATSON’s backend system. The integration links all products automatically to a product category and brand, without any intervention of a content manager.

 

A connection with an Oracle database ensures that ICI PARIS XL’s promotional offers are always in synch, both offline and online. The web shop also offers several delivery methods: at the customer’s home address, at a partner’s delivery point (in collaboration with DHL and bpost) or at the customer’s preferred ICI PARIS XL store.

 

The online shop provides the opportunity – as in the offline stores – to have any product gift-wrapped. The customer can also add a personal message. Online payment is carried out through Ogone.
